💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover via our secure payment processor, Stripe, as well as PayPal.


🧾 Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax may be applied depending on the laws of the state where your order is shipped. Charges are determined automatically at checkout based on location and current regulations.


⏱ When will my order be fulfilled and shipped?

Fulfillment typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the item and printing method. Shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days. On average, most orders arrive within 2 weeks of purchase.

Note: During holidays, promotional events, or high-volume periods, fulfillment and shipping times may be extended. Weather and postal service delays may also impact delivery.


📦 Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Most orders include tracking. You’ll find the tracking number in your account once your order status changes from “Being Fulfilled” to “Completed (Shipped).”


🚚 Do you offer expedited shipping?

Rush or expedited shipping is available for some bulk orders or special cases. Please email us before placing your order at hello@thechurch.shop to inquire about options.


📬 Can I pick up my order?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.


🧾 I forgot to use a discount code — can you apply it afterward?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.


🛍 Product & Fit FAQ

👕 How do your shirts fit?

Fit can vary slightly by garment style. Please check the size chart on each product page for accurate sizing. We also note any garments that tend to run smaller or larger than usual.


➕ Do you carry sizes larger than 3X?

We understand that people come in all shapes and sizes! If you don’t see your size listed, reach out — in many cases, we can special order sizes beyond 3X. Availability may vary depending on the manufacturer.


🧺 Will my shirt shrink after washing?

Most of our garments are pre-shrunk, but to extend the life of your shirt and design, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low or hang drying.


🎨 Do you offer custom design or screen printing services?

Yes! Our talented design team offers custom design services and we also provide bulk screen printing based on your project needs. Please email hello@thechurch.shop for a quote.

Note: All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns unless damaged or misprinted.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

The Church Shop is a print-on-demand company, meaning all items are made specifically for you once you place an order. As a result:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or item was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.

  • Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


💥 Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a free replacement or refund.

Submit a claim by using our “Submit Issue” form below, and include:

  • A clear photo or video of the issue.

  • If multiple items are affected, include all items in one image/video.

❌ Wrong Size or Mislabel

If the size received differs from the size you ordered, or the item is mislabeled, let us know and we’ll make it right.


🧾 Refunds Before Fulfillment

We typically begin processing orders within 24 hours. If your order hasn’t been printed yet and you need to cancel:

Once printing has started, all sales are final.


🚚 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, contact us at hello@thechurch.shop and we’ll investigate.


📦 Missing or Incorrect Items

Mistakes happen (though it’s rare)! If you receive the wrong item or your package is missing an item:

  • Reach out to hello@thechurch.shop with your order number and issue.

  • We’ll fix it quickly at no extra cost.
